Biography
Music has forever been a part of and enrichment to my life. Already in my early childhood I was introduced to playing piano and singing by my mother Utelilly Wunsch and my older brother Johannes Wunsch. In the age of 4 years I was able to study easy works of Johann Sebastian Bach and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart autonomously.
Parallely to my school career my comprehensive musical education started: Henceforth I received lessons not only on the piano with Regina Pühn but also on the violin with Erika Klemm. During my adolescence I specialized in musics at my school and was an active member of several orchestras and choirs at school as well as the Voith Orchestra at Heidenheim. At the same time I discovered for myself the chamber music and accompanied my fellow students in auditions and competitions like "Jugend Musiziert".
From the age of 16 years I decided to have a career as musician in the future. As a result I took lessons with Karl-Wilhelm Berger, Professor at the University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart in Germany. During this time I also took part in the "Masterclass for Young Pianists" in Worms, Germany, with Prof. Josef Anton Scherrer and Prof. Manfred Aust.
After my school graduation I studied Musics with main focus on piano in the class of Prof. Michaela Pühn at the University for Musics and Performing Arts Munich in Germany.
In the course of my studies I also acquired a wide knowledge in the fields of pedagogics, music history and theory and my enthusiasm for singing woke. Consequently not only my voice was trained professionally by Bettina Haubold but I found enormous pleasure in song accompaniment.
I took part in various concerts and song evenings at the University for Music and Performing Arts both as pianist and as singer.
Engaging myself with singing as well as the regularly working with singers influenced me intensively. So the close relationship between me and my former singing teacher Bettina Haubold remained also after my graduation. Henceforth we organized cabaret performances on different topics in the area of Munich (Germany).
Furthermore I performed in piano concerts at the Hotels "Schlosshotel Park Consul" in Heidenheim, Germany and Hof Maran in Arosa, Switzerland. As a singer I was an active member in the "Ensemble Chrismos".
In Autumn 2013 I created together with the flutist Kasia Neisse the ensemble "Ragazze in Musica" which is performing in the region of Lago Maggiore in Italy.
Parallely I have been giving piano lessons for more than 10 years. Teaching how to play the piano and the process of developing classical, pop or rock pieces with my students gives me much pleasure.
The lessons focus on the one hand on the essential basic techniques, basic knowledge of music theory as well as the interpretation of pieces.
